Welcome! My name is Gretta Taglione. I have been a compassionate NYS Licensed Massage Therapist for over 20 years. While I truly value the opportunity to support all of my clients on their wellness journeys, the work that resonates most deeply with me is helping those who are navigating clinical anxiety, PTSD, and trauma. I’m honored to hold space for individuals who may carry emotional and physical tension from their experiences, and I approach each session with compassion, presence, and a trauma-informed lens. Creating a safe, grounding environment where clients can release, restore, and reconnect with their bodies is the heart of why I do this work. You’ll find I offer unique blends of Swedish massage, foot reflexology, deep tissue, and trigger point work along with hot stone and aromatherapy and even a bit of lymphatic drainage on my menu so you can explore various modalities! Every massage I do for you is completely personalized to make you as comfortable and cared-for as possible. It is my goal to give you a sense of peace and restoration that stays with you long after your visit. Based in Saratoga County, NY, I’ve been in the spa industry since 2003 in many roles from Mineral Bath Attendant in Saratoga Springs to 13-year boutique spa owner in downtown Troy, NY as well as Medical Spa Director for a local plastic surgeon. I’m excited to share my care, knowledge and compassion with you and give you what you need to feel balanced and well.
